something that i don't think is a bug, but i've been wondering about is the partial resists formula. if we resist 10% of the damage 30% of the time and 20% of the damage 15% of the time, the average resist should be 6%, not 4.5% (10% * 30% + 20% * 15%, rather than 10% * 30% + 10% * 15%). i'm probably missing something obvious here, but a search found nothing but a couple of people asking the same question. [Update] Fixed in 91d, but i'm not sure that I was right. Need to get consensus on this

It's not clear to me why Rabid, Bullheaded and Call of the Wild aren't included in the pick list for pet rotations - other zero-focus-cost abilities are and there seems to be nothing special about these three. [Shandara] Rabid, Bullheaded and Call of the Wild not in pet abilitiy list: these are off the pet GCD as far as I know, so they are just averaged out instead of using frequencies. The pet frequency system is a legacy of when every ability was on the pet GCD, but with Blizzard's changes a few patches ago to most abilities it's less useful. It could probably be done away with at some point.
I assume this is then true for all the zero-focus/zero-damage abilities and we should just assume all have a frequency equal to their cooldown? The reason not to would be if you might choose not to turn on some of those abilities.
